Spa Etiquette 

• Please arrive at least twenty minutes prior to your treatment time to ensure you have plenty of time to prepare for your spa day & complete your consultation,  any late arrivals will unfortunately be deducted from your treatment time. 
• Falling asleep, snoring and dribbling are all perfectly normal. We actually see it as a compliment.
• Please turn off or at least turn off the volume on your mobile phone. Don't compromise this time you've set aside for yourself.
• Please inform us on your consultation if you have any health issues or at the beginning of your pregnancy as some treatments may not be suitable. 
• Talk as little or as much as you want.
•  Don't be embarrassed by your body.  However if there is an area you prefer not to be massaged, just let your therapist know.
• We use towel technique so only the area being massaged is uncovered.
• If you are uncomfortable with anything before, during or after your treatment, please let your therapist know.
• Please give at least 48hrs notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
• When using the spa facility remember it is a place to relax, always be respectful of others so keep noise to an minimum.
• When booked on a spa package we do ask you to kindly be dressed in your own clothes for the restaurant. 
• We provide robes, towels and slippers for your spa day. For treatments you will undress in the privacy of the treatment room.
